How It Works
1.  ​Choose Your Disney Deluxe Villa Resort and Dates

With 11 Disney World resorts, three Disney Beach resorts, and one Disneyland resort option, the hardest part of the rental process at DVC Rental Pros is deciding which Disney Vacation Club Resort to stay at.  You can view all the available resorts by clicking here.

2.  Determine the Cost of Your Disney Deluxe Villa Resort Stay

Use our Cost Calculator located here to determine the number of points required and the cost of your Disney Vacation Club Resort stay.  When you compare our price to book your Disney Vacation Club Villa against booking through Disney directly, the savings are BIG!  As we like to say, "Deluxe Resorts For Half The Price".

3.  Complete a FREE, No Obligation Availability Request

Complete a FREE, no obligation availability request found here and let us know all the details of your magical vacation to come!  Details that are needed are:

  • Dates of your Disney Vacation Club Resort stay

  • Resort and room choices including up to three alternate selections

  • Details of all guests staying in the Disney Deluxe Villa

Unlike other rental companies that charge up to $133 as a deposit, we do NOT require any kind of payment to check availability for you.  We believe that this is an important part of the service that we provide and do not ever want someone to feel pressured into a purchase because they have to pay a $133 availability search deposit.

4.  Reservation Request Confirmation

If availability exists for your desired dates and resort, we will confirm that you wish to proceed forward with the booking.

Once we go ahead and book the reservation for your selected room and resort, we will send you an email confirming your reservation was secured.  You will also be sent a Rental Agreement to sign, your invoice, and you will need to submit payment in full within 24 hours.  A receipt will be emailed to you once your payment is received.

If we are NOT able to secure a reservation for your selected room and resort, we will advise you of any other accommodations that may be available for your selected dates.  

5.  Add Your Reservation to the My Disney Experience App

Once you accept and sign the Rental Agreement and your balance is paid in full, you will receive your reservation number to be able to add your Disney Vacation Club stay to your My Disney Experience app.  With your resort stay added, you can explore your resort with an interactive map, browse restaurant menus, and more.

When you are within 180 days of check-in, you will be able to make Advanced Dining Reservations.

​

At 60 days prior to check-in, you will be able to pre-check into your Disney Vacation Club Villa, make room requests, customize your Magic Bands, and make Fast Pass+ selections.
