What We Pay You

Premium Bookings

For bookings more than 7 months out at the following resorts, DVC Rental Pros pays up to $20.00 per point.  We have variable pricing based on Renter demand that ranges from $17 - $20.  We always let our DVC Owners know their exact payout prior to any bookings.

  • The Villas at Disney's Grand Californian Hotel

  • Disney's Aulani Resort and Spa

  • Disney's Polynesian Villas and Bungalows

  • Disney's Riviera Resort

All Other Bookings

For bookings made less than 7 months out at the above resorts and from 0-11 months out at the following resorts, DVC Rental Pros pays out up to $17.00 per point.  We have variable pricing based on Renter demand that ranges from $14 - $17.  We always let our DVC Owners know their exact payout prior to any bookings.

Renting Details

  • In order to rent your point with DVC Rental Pros, please first fill out the Signup Form found here. 

  • Once we receive your Signup Form, we will send you an Intermediary Agreement to electronically sign.  A sample of this agreement can be found here.

  • Once your agreement is received, we will place your points in a queue to be rented.  Points can typically take anywhere from a few hours to a few weeks to be rented out based on your point details.

  • When DVC Rental Pros receives rental requests, we will work with the potential renter to check availability for their intended dates and resort and also any alternatives dates/resorts if necessary.

  • Once the renter agrees to dates and a resort with availability, DVC Rental Pros will send an email out to several owners to see who would be the first available to make the reservation.

  • DVC Rental Pros sends the reservation details to the first to respond to our request email.

  • The DVC owner then makes the reservation and sends DVC Rental Pros the 12-digit confirmation number.

  • DVC Rental Pros confirms that the reservation is secured with the renter and collects full payment within one to two business days.

  • Once full payment has been collected from the renter, DVC Rental Pros sends 75% of your payment by either ACH, PayPal, or physical check to you.

  • Your remaining 25% payment is sent to you on the day after guest check-in.
